The Local Gas Safety Cover Plan (SP) is £16.00 per month for a single property. It is boiler-only cover plus a landlord gas safety check for up to two gas appliances. For additional appliances there is an additional charge of £1.66 per appliance per month.
The Local Gas Safety Cover Plan (MP) is £13.00 per month per property for landlords who own more than one property. It is boiler-only cover plus a landlord gas safety check for up to two gas appliances. For additional appliances there is an additional charge of £1.66 per appliance per month.
